Minor Surgery Clinic

This clinic will be run by a GP based at the practice, and will offer minor surgery procedures including the removal of cysts, moles, lumps and skin tags, treatment for ingrowing toe nails, cryotherapy for verruca and warts, and joint injections.

This clinic runs on a monthly basis (days may vary).

Patients must be referred by a GP in order to make use of this service.

Flu Vaccination

(October—March Annually)

The practice will contact you if you need a flu injection.

(Fortnightly Service)

Mental Health Nurse

(CPN) (Every Tuesday)

Led by specialist mental health nurses from Walsall Manor Hospital, this clinic offers advice for patients with mental health issues.

Diabetes Clinic

(Fortnightly sessions on Monday)

Led by specialist Diabetes nurses from Walsall Manor Hospital, this clinic offers advice and general health check ups for diabetic patients. A dietitian is also present to offer specialist advice.

Chronic Disease Management

(Mon to Thurs)
​​Led by the practice nurse, this clinic offers advice for patients with long term medical conditions.

Child health & Immunisation

(Every Tuesday & Thursday)

All new babies are invited for regular check-ups from eight weeks old. Health visitors work alongside a GP and our practice nurse during these sessions. We offer all parents immunisation for their children in line with current national guidelines.

Cervical Smear Clinic

(Once a Month)​


​If you are eligible for a cervical smear, you will be contacted by the practice to arrange an appointment with the cervical smear nurse.

Antenatal

(Every Wednesday & Friday)

This clinic is run by the midwives. If you become pregnant, you will be given a ‘booking appointment’ with our midwife who will then plan the care for the remainder of your pregnancy.

A referral form for the midwifery team will also need to be sent. You can now complete the form online, self referral Badgernotes

You will be seen regularly throughout your pregnancy either at the practice or at the local hospital, or both.
